How to Begin Working with Our Centre: From First Message to Support Plan

A common worry before getting in touch is “I don’t know where to start” and “what if I message the wrong specialist.” At our centre the entry point works differently: first you describe your request to the centre, then a care coordinator helps you get oriented.

1. Get in Touch

You write on Telegram, call or send an email. A short note is enough: who is getting in touch, the child’s age (if the request is about a child), what is concerning you, and which format is more convenient — in person in Moscow or online.

Telegram enquiries are received by the centre’s care coordinator. This is not a private chat with a chosen psychologist, but the entry point to the centre.

2. Clarifying Your Request

A care coordinator contacts you. She clarifies the request and arranges appointment times with specialists. This is an orientation stage: we refine the task and discuss a suitable format — therapy, assessment or a support programme.

3. Assessing the Situation and Planning

Where needed, we recommend assessment appointments or agree straight away on the frequency of work, goals and feedback. Working arrangements and the contract are discussed individually after an initial conversation — there is no public “buy a service in one click” on the website.

Who You Can Book With

Booking with the centre’s psychologists goes through the coordinator. Separate consultation booking with the founder is not available: that is a leadership and strategic role.

If you have already read articles by our experts and want to discuss your own situation — start with a message to the centre. We will help you choose the next step.
