Evidence-Based Approach
We use research-informed methods and internationally recognised assessment protocols.
Evidence-Based Therapy Centre
We are a psychology centre providing support for children, teenagers and adults, guided by current research and clinical recommendations. We offer individual and group psychotherapy, psychological assessments and specialist support programmes, selecting approaches in line with each client’s concerns, age, needs and goals.
We help children, teenagers, adults and families better understand what they are experiencing, cope with psychological difficulties and develop lasting skills for self-regulation and connection with others. Our work is based on clear goals, respect for each client’s individual needs and boundaries, and approaches with established evidence of effectiveness.
We also support families during pregnancy, while preparing for parenthood and as they adjust after a baby is born.
We use research-informed methods and internationally recognised assessment protocols.
The format and plan of support are shaped by each client’s concerns, age, current wellbeing and life context.
We offer in-person appointments in Moscow and online sessions for clients in different countries.
