Consultation Rules
- So that we can plan carefully and protect time for every client, consultations are held with advance payment.
- An invoice is sent by email in advance. Please pay it no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If payment is not received by then, we will need to release the reserved time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please let us know at least 24 hours before it starts. For later cancellations or rescheduling, the session is charged in full — because the specialist has reserved that time specifically for you.
- Where needed, we can agree to issue one monthly invoice for sessions already held, with a full list of services. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start are also included in the invoice.
- For quality assurance and client safety, consultations may be video-recorded. If you do not agree to recording, please tell the coordinator in advance.
- Everything discussed in consultations remains confidential between the client and the psychology centre. The exception is situations involving a risk to a child’s life or health: in that case we will promptly inform the parents.
