1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out how personal data are processed by the operator of the Psy Development Center website — individual entrepreneur Svetlana Alexandrovna Romanchenko (TIN 761106606366, OGRNIP 323762700057080; contact for personal data requests: sar.romanchenko@gmail.com) (the “Operator”).

1.2. This Policy applies to all personal data the Operator receives from users of the website psydc.world (the “Site”).

1.3. Using the Site means the user agrees to this Policy. By sending a message via Telegram or email from the Site, the user confirms they have read the Policy and consents to the processing of personal data (required checkbox on the Site). Consent to receive informational materials is requested separately and is not mandatory.

2. Categories of Personal Data

The Operator processes the following data provided by the user when contacting the Site: name, phone number, email address, and any other information the user voluntarily includes in the message.

3. Purposes of Processing

• handling enquiries and messages received through the Site;
• contacting the user to clarify the request and agree a format of work;
• sending informational and marketing communications — only with the user’s separate consent (optional checkbox on the Site).

4. How Data Are Collected

Data are sent by the user directly to the Operator’s email address (sar.romanchenko@gmail.com) or via Telegram using the user’s own mail/messenger client when sending a message from the Site. Before sending, the user confirms they have read the Policy and consent to personal data processing via the required checkbox on the Site. The Operator does not use third-party services to receive or process enquiries (including spreadsheets, CRM systems and form builders).

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal data are not transferred to third parties for handling enquiries. Third-party web analytics services and cookies for tracking user behaviour on the Site are not used. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data. The user’s message leaves their own mail client directly to the Operator’s specified email address.

6. Retention Period

Personal data are stored until the user withdraws consent or until the purpose of processing is achieved.

7. User Rights

The user may withdraw consent to personal data processing, request information about the processing of their data, and ask for data to be corrected or deleted by writing to sar.romanchenko@gmail.com.
